1. General conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale, unless expressly waived in writing, regulate the sales of Mastercraft srl products.

The products in question are those indicated in the Mastercraft srl Catalogs and in force at the time the order is sent. Sending catalogs or quotations to the Customer
personalized does not constitute an offer.

For all our deliveries and services to our corporate customers, the following conditions apply exclusively, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Confirmations

I. Orders must be placed via e-commerce.
The conditions of sale in force are considered expressly accepted by the Customer at the moment in which he completes the order form, following the relevant instructions.
Failure to provide or incorrect data necessarily makes it impossible to fulfill the obligations deriving from any concluded sales contract.
The order, only if completed in its entirety and accepted, will be archived in the Mastercraft srl database, as required by law.

Since an order form may contain products of different kinds, the delivery times of the individual products that make up the same order may be different, the Customer undertakes to also accept any deliveries at different times, renouncing to request compensation and/or compensation of any kind.
Mastercraft srl undertakes, in accordance with the provisions of the law, to inform the Customer of the possible unavailability of the jointly ordered product, and also undertakes to propose reasonable alternative solutions to the Customer.

3. Prices

The prices shown are those of the Mastercraft srl price list in force at the time of receipt of the order and do not include the respective value added tax required by law.
Mastercraft srl reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on the pages of its website if there are any changes
In case of transport by Mastercraft srl, the related costs will be charged to the customer on the invoice.
The products are supplied with standard packaging.

4. Payment Terms

The terms and methods of payment are those indicated in the order confirmation. Payments always include shipping costs.
In case of payment made by advance bank transfer, to be made in favor of Mastercraft srl, indicating the number and holder of the document in the reason for payment, the goods will be processed only after crediting the current account.
After 10 days from the order, if the advance bank transfer has not yet been made, the order will be canceled automatically.
In case of failure or delay in payment, late payment interest will be due at the rate provided for by the art. 5 of Legislative Decree N 231/02 and subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the right of Mastercraft srl to terminate the order with immediate effect and to suspend the processing of any other deliveries in progress.
Under no circumstances may payments be suspended by the Customer due to alleged defects in the Products or delays in deliveries.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made directly from our warehouse in Este. With delivery to the customer, the contractual risk of the goods is transferred to us.

Mastercraft srl avails itself of the right of partial deliveries. If delivery must be arranged on call, this must be carried out no later than 1/2 days from receipt of the order.

If the customer refuses to accept the goods or if the sending of the goods is delayed for other reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer will bear the transporter's storage costs by charging the costs of storage and the costs of returning the goods if the order is cancelled.

Attention: upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and with seals intact

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the products, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately detected, by placing a specific reason for return/not accepted on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
The delivery is considered approved if no complaint is made within 8 days of receipt of the same, or if the defect was not recognizable during the inspection, it must be reported within 8 days, in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Complaints should always be sent directly to us.
If defects are reported, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement delivery of the product.

Mastercraft srl declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the products offered for sale.

6. Copyright

Trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs present on the site belong to the Mastercraft company. Therefore, the use of trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs, including reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties, is FORBIDDEN. The contents of the sites are protected by copyright (texts, images and graphics)
