Shipping

Delivery times are indicative and not mandatory. Any delays in deliveries do not give the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase or claim any form of compensation.

Price varies based on weight, package dimensions, volume and the service chosen.
The price will be calculated once the order is placed by MasterCraft.

SHIPPING ITALY

Express Service:

National shipments are managed via a partner courierBartolini with Sevizio Express or Susa Trasporti

Fragile or bulky products:

For fragile or bulky products courier will be used Susa Transport

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments, the most appropriate courier will be chosen based on the destination of the goods

Delivery

Deliveries are made directly from our warehouse in Este.
With delivery to the customer, the contractual risk of the goods is transferred to us.

Mastercraft srl avails itself of the right of partial deliveries. If delivery must be arranged on call, this must be carried out no later than 1/2 days from receipt of the order.

If the customer refuses to accept the goods or if the sending of the goods is delayed for other reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer will bear the transporter's storage costs by charging the costs of storage and the costs of returning the goods if the order is cancelled.

Attention: upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and with seals intact

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the products, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately detected, by placing a specific reason for return/not taken charge on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. (SIGNATURE WITH RESERVE)

The delivery is considered approved if no complaint is made within 8 days of receipt of the same, or if the defect was not recognizable during the inspection, it must be reported within 8 days, by writing via email to info@mastercraft.it

If defects are reported, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement delivery of the product.
