How to place an order
Ordering on Mastercraft is simple, fast and designed for industry professionals. Follow these steps to complete your purchase.
1. Registration on the portal
To place an order you must create an account.
During registration you will be asked to enter complete and accurate company information.
⚠️ Important:
The sale is reserved exclusively for companies or professionals with a VAT number.
After registration:
- your account will be verified by our team
- you will receive confirmation of activation
- only after approval will you be able to access prices and order
2. Prices and conditions
All prices are expressed in Euros and are subject to change.
Inside the portal you will see:
- Price reserved for you (VAT excluded), calculated based on active conditions
💡 The lowest price shown is already customized to your profile
✔️ Main conditions:
- Prices confirmed when ordering include VAT
- Minimum order: €500 + VAT
3. Order entry
Once logged in:
- Select products from the catalog
- Add them to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
📌 Important note:
All orders sent are considered quote requests.
The order will be valid only after:
- approval by the company
- sending the official order confirmation
4. Payment
After receiving the order confirmation, payment must be made by 10 days.
You can choose between:
✔ Advance bank transfer
If you don't have an agreed upon method:
- payment will be made by advance bank transfer
- you will receive all the details in the order confirmation
✔ Agreed Payment
If you already have active agreements, you will be able to directly select the method during checkout.
