You have 8 days from receipt of the goods to report any problems or defects viaemail to info@mastercraft.it with photos of product problems.

Attention: upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and with seals intact

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the products, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately detected, by placing a specific reason for return/not taken charge on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. (SIGNATURE WITH RESERVE)

All complaints must be sent directly to Mastercraft Srl. In the event of defective products, we will be able to provide a replacement, at our discretion.

Mastercraft Srl is not responsible for the improper use of the products sold.
