1. General Terms of Sale
These General terms of sale, unless expressly waived in writing, govern the sales of Mastercraft srl products.
The products in question are those indicated in Mastercraft srl Catalogs and in force at the time of order submission. Sending catalogs or personalized quotations to the Customer does not constitute an offer.
For all our deliveries and services to our business customers, the following conditions apply exclusively, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Confirmations
I. Orders must be submitted in writing by fax, internet, or email.
The terms of sale in force are considered expressly accepted by the Customer at the moment when they complete the order form following the relevant instructions.
Failure to provide or incorrect provision of data necessarily results in the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations arising from any sales contract concluded.
The order, only if completed in all its parts and if accepted, will be stored in Mastercraft srl's database, as provided by law.
Since an order form may contain different types of products, delivery times for individual products that make up the same order may be different. The Customer agrees to accept possible deliveries at different times, waiving the right to request compensation and/or indemnities for any reason.
Mastercraft srl undertakes, in accordance with the law, to inform the Customer of any unavailability of the ordered product and, simultaneously, commits to proposing reasonable alternative solutions to the Customer.
3. Prices
The prices shown are those of the Mastercraft srl price list in force at the time of order receipt and do not include the respective legally required value-added tax.
Mastercraft srl reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on its website pages if there are any changes
In case of transport by Mastercraft srl, the related costs will be charged to the customer on the invoice.
Products are supplied with standard packaging.
4. Payment Terms
The terms and methods of payment are those indicated in the order confirmation. Payments always include transportation costs.
In case of payment made by bank transfer in advance, to be made in favor of Mastercraft srl, indicating the order number and holder in the reason for payment, the goods will only be shipped after administrative verification of the payment.
After 10 days from the order, if the advance bank transfer has not yet been made, the order will be automatically canceled.
In case of non-payment or late payment, default interest will be due at the rate provided for by art. 5 of Legislative Decree No. 231/02 and subsequent amendments, without prejudice to Mastercraft srl's right to terminate the order with immediate effect and suspend the fulfillment of any other deliveries in progress.
Under no circumstances may payments be suspended by the Customer due to alleged Product defects or delivery delays.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made directly from our warehouse in Stanghella. With delivery to the customer, the contractual risk of the goods is transferred from us.
Mastercraft srl reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If delivery must be established on call, this must be made within and NOT beyond one month from receipt of the order.
If the customer refuses to accept the goods or if the shipment of goods is delayed for other reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer will bear the carrier's storage costs by charging the stoppage costs.
Attention: upon delivery of products, the Customer must check:
. that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document
. that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and with intact closure seals.
Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately noted, placing a specific reason for return/non-acceptance on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
The delivery is considered approved if no complaint is submitted within 15 days of receipt, or if the defect was not recognizable during inspection, it must be reported within 15 days, in writing by fax or email.
Complaints must always be sent directly to us.
In case of defect notification, we will provide, at our discretion, a replacement delivery of the product.
Warranty claims expire within one year from the delivery of goods. Customer compensation claims expire within one year from the delivery of goods.
Mastercraft srl declines all responsibility in case of improper use of products placed on sale.
6. Copyright
Trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs present on the site belong to Mastercraft. Therefore, the use of trademarks, logos, and other distinctive signs including reproduction on other internet sites by unauthorized third parties is PROHIBITED. The site contents are protected by copyright (texts, images, and graphics)
